Enquiries and orders
The product shortlist and cookie choice can be saved in your browser. The enquiry tool prepares a WhatsApp message; it is not sent until you send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp then processes that message under its own privacy terms.
If you complete a negotiated order, the website stores the customer contact, billing and delivery information you provide, together with the order and payment status, to prepare the bill, fulfil the order and handle support. A private order link is not a public catalogue link: do not share it beyond the intended customer.
Website email and Google data
LINGHAI Website Mail connects the owner’s business Gmail account to send website order and service messages. It requests the Gmail send-only permission (gmail.send), not permission to read or delete mailbox messages. The website stores the OAuth credentials and access/refresh tokens on its server for this connection. Google processes the email recipients, subject and message content necessary to send email.
This connection does not ask visitors to connect their own Gmail accounts. The account owner can revoke the connection in Google Account permissions or disconnect it in the website’s mail settings. Google user data is used for the described email function, not for advertising profiles or sale to data brokers. LINGHAI Website Mail’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Analytics and security
With your analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visits and contact-button clicks. This analytics integration does not send order details or enquiry message content. You can change your analytics choice through Cookie settings on the website. Reports are restricted to authorized accounts and are not public counters.
Hosting and security logs can record requests, IP addresses and technical browser information. Where enabled on payment pages, Google reCAPTCHA processes technical information to distinguish automated requests from legitimate use. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its services.
Payments and access
When PayPal payment is available and you choose it, PayPal processes the payment and the information provided through its payment flow under its own privacy terms. The website records the associated payment reference and status. Do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes through an enquiry message.
Information is accessed for operating the website, supporting enquiries and fulfilling orders, including necessary hosting, email, delivery and payment services. These services can process information in other countries. Contact the business email above to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. Order, accounting or security records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or applicable legal requirements.
