Product information and quotations

The catalogue is for comparing products and requesting a quotation. Listed prices are not an automatic checkout offer. Product selection, quantity, currency, packaging, freight and delivery arrangements must be confirmed with LINGHAI before an order is prepared. Additional packaging and custom printing are quoted separately.

Product descriptions are limited to the information provided for the listed products. An image may show a styled scene or packaging option rather than the exact agreed shipment. Confirm the selected style, listed ingredients, weight and packaging with your quotation. Destination-market product, labelling and import requirements should be checked before ordering; a catalogue listing is not a certification of compliance for every market.

Private order links

After the order is agreed, LINGHAI can provide a private link showing the agreed amount and currency. The customer supplies the required contact and delivery information and reviews the bill before choosing an available payment method. The bill does not add destination import duties or taxes to the agreed total; allocation of those costs and delivery responsibilities must be confirmed with the quotation.

A link or bill is not proof of payment. Payment is confirmed by the payment provider and the website’s resulting order status. Keep private links and payment confirmations secure, and contact LINGHAI if any amount, currency or order detail does not match your agreement.

Delivery, changes and support

Production or sourcing lead time, shipment method and delivery estimate are confirmed for each order. Availability of samples, cancellation, returns and resolution of quality or shipment issues must be discussed for the particular order; this page does not promise a universal return period or refund entitlement.

For an incorrect, damaged or incomplete shipment, contact LINGHAI with the order reference and relevant photos so the issue can be reviewed. Do not provide payment-card details or account passwords.

Website mail service

LINGHAI Website Mail is an administrative connection for the owner’s Gmail account to send website service messages. It is not a public mailbox service and visitors do not need to authorize a Google account to use the catalogue or enquiry tool. Access to the mail connection is restricted to authorized website administrators.
